Upcoming Festival: European Film Festival Palic 2026
The 33rd European Film Festival Palić will take place from July 18 to 22, 2026, in Palić and Subotica. Around 100 films will be screened in 15 program sections.
European Film Festival Palić is currently one of the most important cultural events in Serbia, one of the most important film festivals in the region.
This year, Germany is the country in focus in the Country in Focus program at the European Film Festival Palić.
The Aleksandar Lifka Award for Outstanding Contribution to European Cinema will be presented to Hungarian director Kornél Mundruczó (international category) and Serbian actor-writer-director Radoš Bajić (domestic category).
The festival will also present the Underground Spirit Award to filmmaker and artist Helena Wittmann.

The New Vision Award
The festival will present "Wind, Talk to Me" by Stefan Đorđević (Serbia), winner of the MIOB New Vision Award.
