Kick-off Workshop
The Kick-off Workshop, organized by European Film Forum Scanorama, focused on fine-tuning of the organisational design of the network and long-term activity planning.
The series of sessions held over the course of one week in January 2021 have been used to:
- generate insights on the state of the industry and the way the network might provide the tools for European cinema to adapt to those;
- find ways network measures impact and success of particular activities;
- create an organizational design document for structured future developments and expanding functionality.
